Tutor Report Form and Reference Sheet
Kalamazoo Literacy Council tutors are required to submit an Adult Tutoring Program Quarterly Log. The Reference Sheet explains some of the items on the log. Tutors may download the ATP Quarterly Log and email the completed form as an attachment to KLC Director Michael Evans at mevans@goodwillswmi.org or mail it to the administrative office.
