Parent Literacy Forum

Parents are the first teachers of their children, and helping their children read is a critical part of parenting. This forum will explore evidence-based literacy strategies for parents that can be used to help improve reading outcomes, such as Story Walks and engaging extension activities. We will also discuss plans for Family Literacy Days, our monthly multigenerational learning events that blend literacy and health in a fun outdoor environment.
