Read and Seed is an online health literacy class for tutors and students to enjoy learning about:

• Growing fruits and vegetables 
• Food safety tips 
• Healthy and delicious recipes 
• Fun food-related activities 
• Easy exercises for indoors and out

Classes begin Friday, July 17th, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
