Tutor Orientation and Training

You’ve read the success stories, you’ve seen the numbers, and you’ve decided that it’s time to do your part to end adult illiteracy in Kalamazoo County. Your personal contributions will create a lasting, positive change in your neighborhood for years to come. Thank you.

All tutors attend one tutor orientation followed by four training sessions. By registering for this event, you are committing to the following sessions:

May 2                          Tutor Orientation                                 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

May 6                          Tutor Training: Session 1                    6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

May 9                          Tutor Training: Session 2                    6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

May 13                        Tutor Training: Session 3                    6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

May 16                        Tutor Training: Session 4                    6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
